MEET YOUR COACH
MEET YOUR COACH
Hi! I'm Emily, a fierce advocate of living boldly and authentically. Driven by my commitment to curiosity and radical self-accountability, I've made it my mission to support individuals on their journeys to becoming their most empowered, realized, and thriving selves.
I am a professionally trained coach having passed an ACC-level training program at CoachU, an International Coaching Federation-accredited program. Additionally, I hold an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and am a seasoned senior professional in the fields of economic consulting, data analysis and management, and advertising.
I specialize in working with people who are interested in growth. My role as coach is to be an engaged, curious partner who will challenge you when you limit yourself. Your role is to honestly listen to yourself, to creatively brainstorm, and to make choices necessary in building your ideal life. You will soon learn that you are both the person holding yourself back—and the only person who can make the impossible happen.
My path to becoming a coach is the result of my own commitment to living my most authentic life. At different points in my life, the voice that I now recognize to be my own spoke to me whenever I got close to something that felt right. But my default was to prioritize other voices. And doing so often relegated my voice to a whisper.
While working with my own coach, I realized that (1) my voice was distinct from those others that I had been listening to for so long, and (2) by nonetheless prioritizing others' visions for me, I had built a view of myself through someone else’s lens. From this insight, a whole world of possibilities opened up. I realized that not only did I have internal direction that I could and should trust, but that once I turned down the volume on other perspectives, I could more clearly see paths to my dreams. Following my internal voice is what led me to become a coach.
I believe everyone deserves a life that sings to them. Serving as a coach is that for me. What is it for you? And how can I help you get there?
